# Welcome to PoQrr

PoQrr is a creation, processing, authentication, and record-keeping service for digital experience objects called PoQs.

You can think of PoQrr as a factory for making and maintaining PoQs. The Service has limited communication and sharing features around PoQs, but it is not a full-service social network, marketplace, escrow service, broker, payment intermediary, or legal title registry.

PoQrr helps people document and collect moments by turning event-reaction experiences into story-driven, snow globe-like smart objects. A PoQ may include images, text, links, metadata, generated visual environments, creator or ownership-style records, Grace representations, transfer workflows, proof-of-existence records, life-event records, and other digital elements.

Visit PoQrr at [poqrr.com](https://poqrr.com/).

### How To Use This Documentation

Use these pages to understand the core PoQrr concepts:

* What a PoQ is
* How PoQrr acts as a factory/mainframe
* How Grace works
* How Serene, Kellys, and transfers work
* What the PoQ life-event ledger is for
* What users are responsible for when submitting content

### Important Framing

PoQrr creates and maintains PoQ records. It may help users share, authenticate, transfer, or communicate about PoQs, but transactions between users happen outside PoQrr unless a specific PoQrr checkout feature says otherwise.

Grace signatures are artistic and expressive. They are not legal signatures, notarizations, biometric identity verification, financial authorization, or legally binding electronic signatures.

PoQrr may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts when users submit prohibited content or otherwise violate the rules.
