# Revenue Share

Eligible publishers earn from validated Melody activity delivered through their Spins.

### Earning events

#### Valid impression

A qualifying Melody intermission associated with the publisher's Spin.

#### Valid engagement

A qualifying session in which the visitor meaningfully interacts with supported embedded media or the intermission experience.

#### Valid click

A qualifying click from the Melody experience to the selected campaign destination.

An event is not payable merely because the browser emitted it. CanNoli validates the associated visit, timing window, visitor information, and event relationship before accepting it.

### Rates

Current publisher payout rates are presented in CanNoli and may be updated through published terms or account-specific arrangements. Always use the rates shown in the current publisher interface rather than relying on an old screenshot or copied guide value.

Campaign-owner rates and publisher payout rates are related but not identical. Campaign rates can vary by inventory, objective, category, and contextual fit.

Check [rates for reference](https://4cannoli.com/boomclap).

### Earnings dashboard

The CanNoli account page separates earnings into:

* **Available**: validated earnings not yet attached to a payout;
* **Rolling total**: the account's cumulative accepted earnings history;
* **Paid**: completed payouts;
* **Pending**: events or amounts still awaiting validation or settlement.

The Spin profile also shows impressions, engagements, clicks, and estimated earnings for that Spin.

### Payout threshold

The current interface shows a minimum payout threshold of $15. Payout methods, timing, eligibility, holds, and thresholds remain subject to the current CanNoli terms and account status.

### Why totals can differ

Raw Spin activity and payable activity may differ because:

* the visit did not remain valid for the required window;
* the visitor or network signal failed validation;
* the campaign event could not be connected to a valid Noli visit;
* the event was duplicated;
* activity was pending processing;
* a donated cause window was used instead of paid inventory.

Estimated earnings are useful for monitoring but should not be treated as a completed payout until they appear in the appropriate account balance.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://being-and-time.gitbook.io/boom-clap-melody-field-guide/publishers/revenue-share.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
